ETHICS COMMITTEE
Directors Duties COMMITTEE
As directed by the Board of Directors, an Ethices Committee is being
established to address various issues within the industry. The duties
of this Committe will be to develop guidelines as it relates to ethical
and acceptable practices within the industry.
Representatives of all areas of the industry will be represented on this
committee.
Future Information relating to the Ethics Committee will be available through the Membership Site.
As directed by the Board of Directors, a Committee has
been established to create the duties of the Board of Directors and Regional Representatives. As part of this Committee, will be the foundation for interaction with the members, Regional Directors and the Board of Directors.
